DCAS is a community-oriented shelter. Our goal is to help you and the animals in our community live happier and healthier! To achieve this goal, we are dedicated to deliver services that provide a positive impact in the community. Some of our services include: Feral cat care, community educational events, elementary school education, protection of animals in our community and more.
